The functionality of controls is challenging to use and does not work well. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was provided a link to download the manual. Not helpful!

I like these headphones- they stay in place when I’m working out. The one criticism is the sensitivity of the button on the earpiece. When adjusting the earpiece it’s easy to hit the button that turns them off or changes the song.

I have a pair of the openrun shokz that I like a lot but these are definitely the new favorite! They are so light and stay out through a run or workout. The sound seems even better.

The volume on is not as loud as I thought it would be. I have a trouble hearing if I am on the train and have only one side on. I would need have put on the other side and turn my volume almost to the max to be able hear the audio.

They are comfy and have great sound quality but I am having problems staying connected to a call on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I can answer the call but I’ll be in the middle of the conversation and it switches back to the phone.

My OpenFit Air are the most comfortable earbuds I have. I use them daily. The battery life is excellent for my use. The sound quality is very good. I have fallen asleeep with the OpenFit Air on several occasions, they are that comfortable.

They are so comfortable and light that I forget that I have them on. I have bought 4 pairs in the last month for myself and gifts. The sound is so clear. These are by far the best product I have bought. So happy with the purchase!

Happy with the sound quality and fit. Touch controls are difficult to use. A touch can turn it off, turn it on, skip a song or make it get louder and louder. It seems random.

Overall open fit wireless is very comfortable you would tend to forget that you are wearing one. Sound probably needs improvement likewise the sensitivity and clarity of the microphone.

Very light with good quality sound. When running in hot or wet conditions, the touch controls get sweaty or wet and activate themselves, erratically changing the volume throughout your run. For this reason, I can't recommend these for runners.
