I have 2 pairs of shockz. They are absolutely the best product I have ever bought. I bought a pair for all 4 of my children and their spouses. I bought them for the kids when they were in college. I love that they could hear their surroundings but had absolute amazing sound. I was always worried about them walking on campus with other headphones and they could not hear someone walking behind them or a car horn. It's the best product and makes my kids feel safe. Every christmas, I bring a wrap pair for our gift exchange and everyone always fights over them.

Sound quality is a lot better than expected, can feel a bit uncomfortable after wearing for extended period of time but it's not specific to these headphones, just the hooked ear design in general. Pretty seamless setup and the app lets you customize the buttons if you want to change them.

I've had two pairs of the bone conduction headphones before and loved them but I needed something that did not have anything around the head while at work. These fit the bill wonderfully. They've got great sound, are very comfy, have a good range away from your device and hold a charge beautifully. Plus the fact that you can pair these to two devices simultaneously? I adore that. It means that I can listen to a book on my kindle and also be able to answer a call. I'm sold.

The best thing about these headphones is that you can't even feel them once they are on. They are super comfortable sound is great and because they are not plugged into your ear you sometimes have a little difficult to hearing when there's a lot of traffic noise. But easily fixed by increasing the volume. It is not easy to take cell phone calls, have to to figure out which side to tap and how many taps and there's a very bad echo and I found difficulty with phone calls where the headphones transferred between music and hanging up on my caller. Overall, for the purpose of listening to music while exercising, while on a plane or just walking these are great. I also like being able to hear noise around me because I am often on the street so I feel bit safer with them. And … As I said, they are extremely comfortable.

I was looking for some open-ear earbuds with the hope that these would replace some in-ear earbuds that I already use for teaching yoga online, running, just wearing around, etc. Where these really excel is sound quality. Where they fall short is how securely they stay in place on my ears when I wear them and move around a lot (such as during teaching yoga). I'm keeping them because I love how they sound and will use them for work and other less active activities. I'm not confident enough in them staying in place to trail run with them across streams or teach yoga with them. One other minor issue is that it's easier to inadvertently bump the "controls" on the buds than with other Shokz headsets that I've had, unintentionally pausing/playing/adjusting volume.

I am onto my second pair of these headphones. The first pair I had stopped working during its 3rd use. The headphones would beep and skip songs and change volume on their own (up and all the way down) so badly that I couldn't use them anymore. Got a second pair and they have been working but just the other day they are starting to do that again. Other than that, I like them a lot. But with these glitch issues, you can't use them at all and it's frustrating for the price you pay.

I have had them for about three weeks now and I love them 😍! The battery life is long, the fit of them is great, the sound balance is perfect you can even turn the volume lower and the sound is crisp. The overall quality is great especially for the gym I've been going pretty hard and for them not to slide or drop out of my ear is excellent!

These work perfectly for me for several reasons. Super comfy so I can wear for hours with no ear discomfort. When I receive a call, people tell me they hear me loud and clear (very important to me) AND having them simultaneously paired with my phone and my laptop is awesome. Great job, Shokz!!

These headphones are great for me in most ways. I love that they don't go on my ears. Most headphones make me dizzy and these don't. They sound great and look great. I love the case. My only issue is after about 20-30 min my ear cartilage hurts where the front of the headphones fit. I think my ears are just slightly too small. I wish they had a mini version.

I bought these because they don't go in my ears. Apparently, some models fit just outside of the ear. These cover the hole of my ear but don't go inside. I can wear them for less than an hour at a time. This is because they slightly push on my ear and if I wear them too long, they make my ear ache. I'm somewhat happy. The ones with a cord that goes being my neck wouldn't work with my hair.
