These are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn. I love the fact that I don't have anything shoved into my ear canal. The battery life is decent for how I use them, which is on walks around the neighborhood or listening to audio books while I work around the house. They don't last the whole day, which is fine for me. The app makes it easy to adjust the sound, especially for speech which is different from music. Because these are open ear, they give great awareness of my surroundings. The downside is that they can be hard to hear in environments with loud background noise. For example, I cannot use them at the grocery store. In those environments, my Shokz bone conduction headphones work better. My big complaint is related to the controls on the headphones themselves. The tap zones on the surface of the headphones, per the instructions, don't work very well. It is very hit or miss. Sometimes, I can run my fingers along the small metal bevel strip around the edge to get the controls to work.

These are the absolute best headphones I’ve ever owned. They are easy to assemble you don’t even know you have them on. The sound is amazing and the price is well worth the money. These are better than all of the other products Shokz has. Every other Shokz headphones I have tried didn’t last the two years.

My first set of shocks was the open com 2 I loved them i tried these ones and i do not like them at all the right earphone beeps and shuts off after only 2 hours of use i have to put them back in the case and let them sit for 1015 minutes before it will turn back on i wish I'd never bought

Very comfortable to wear. Sound is pretty good with a limit to maximum volume. My major concern is that occasionally when receiving a phone the caller can’t hear me. I’ll hear the caller repeatedly ask if I’m there. The earphones are connected since I can hear them but they don’t hear me. This is a big problem.

They are indeed comfortable, very user-friendly, and the sound does come through; however, I wish the grip was tighter around my ear so I would feel them bouncing whenever I run or when I'm doing any variation of ploy, jumps, or explosive exercises. Nonetheless, they are indeed good and worth the price for what they give, so I'd recommend them.

I've had two pairs of the bone conduction headphones before and loved them but I needed something that did not have anything around the head while at work. These fit the bill wonderfully. They've got great sound, are very comfy, have a good range away from your device and hold a charge beautifully. Plus the fact that you can pair these to two devices simultaneously? I adore that. It means that I can listen to a book on my kindle and also be able to answer a call. I'm sold.

At first, I really loved the sound. But, when running in the heat, sweat seems to interfere with the volume controls...volume gets louder and louder or less and less . I've since learned to dry them and that helps. Also, tried to use on a zoom meeting and while everyone could hear me, I couldn't hear anyone else. Computer settings were reviewed to ensure appropriate.

I have always used this type of headphones. I practice cycling outdoors and have had bad experiences, that's why I bought this device with a guarantee that does not last more than 6 months and is damaged by sweat. I would like to know if I have the full 100% guarantee on the product.

The best thing about these headphones is that you can’t even feel them once they are on. They are super comfortable sound is great and because they are not plugged into your ear you sometimes have a little difficult to hearing when there’s a lot of traffic noise. But easily fixed by increasing the volume. It is not easy to take cell phone calls, have to to figure out which side to tap and how many taps and there’s a very bad echo and I found difficulty with phone calls where the headphones transferred between music and hanging up on my caller. Overall, for the purpose of listening to music while exercising, while on a plane or just walking these are great. I also like being able to hear noise around me because I am often on the street so I feel bit safer with them. And … As I said, they are extremely comfortable.

Easy 5/5 on all fronts besides the random disconnections. A single ear will disconnect for no discernable reason. Sometimes left, sometimes right, never both at the same time. I'm not sure if it's a Bluetooth receiver issue, but it happens at home all the time
