Hi there- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with the fit of your Shokz. We kindly ask that you reach out to Sam's Club Customer Service directly to learn of their return policy. Thank you!

Hello- Shokz here! We're very sorry to hear this has been your experience. We highly recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenFit Air. We then ask that you reset your Shokz. To reset your OpenFit Air, place both earbuds into the charging case, then press and hold the touch areas on both earbuds simultaneously for 15 seconds. The orange light will flash for 5 seconds and then go out, indicating a successful factory reset. Afterward, the indicator will flash orange and green, signifying they are ready for pairing. If the issue persists, we have a two-year warranty on all Shokz, we'd be happy to assist you in filing a warranty claim so you can receive a replacement pair! Please contact our Customer Happiness Team so we can assist you further or visit our website directly to submit a warranty claim. Thank you!
