I love a good gummy vitamin or supplement I am thankful to whomever created it because I take my vitamins and supplements daily ! When I first took these gummies I didn’t think much of them because they are small. So I took them in the morning and hoped for the best. They honestly gave me the boost I needed. I could tell a difference in performing my everyday task I had more clarity and energy.

They were good for me because obviously they kept my vitamin level up because I just had my blood work done again and my vitamin levels were where they needed to be. But they were a miss for me because the gummy‘s were so hard it was like chewing rubber. And it actually hurt my teeth to chew them. I would rather just swallowed a regular vitamin if I knew they were going to be that hard

The Gummies Cherry & Mixed Berry Flavor have no medicine after taste so they are easy to take 2 a day. With vitamins is is hard to feel the difference but I have faith in Nature Made products the will do the job as claimed.

I started taking it on a daily basis and after a couple of days, my energy increased. Taste is fine and since it’s a gummy, it is easy to down.

These are ver hard gummies, hard to chew and digest. Wish I could get my money back
