These B12 gummies have a great berry flavor and I love that they come in a gummy instead of a pill form. I honestly did not notice any extra energy through the day by taking these. That’s not to say that they didn’t work but I’m constantly drinking caffeine so I probably wouldn’t notice the difference anyways. But I still stand behind the Nature Made brand.

The Gummies Cherry & Mixed Berry Flavor have no medicine after taste so they are easy to take 2 a day. With vitamins is is hard to feel the difference but I have faith in Nature Made products the will do the job as claimed.
