Love the "normal" container but there are production/storage issues somewhere along the pipeline, and with 12% one-star reviews I see I'm not the only one. Mine was starting to go funky by 7/29 even though it has an expiration of 7/31. This has never happened before, but I only started buying from Sam's again recently due to needing home delivery while my broken foot heals. Aldi milk routinely lasts a few days AFTER expiration date.

Milk always seems to go sour a couple of days before the Best by date. This last milk had a Best by date of 7/31/2026 and by the 25th it already had a sour smell and taste to it. This has been a consistent issue for the past few purchases, so it's been a problem for several weeks.

Since they changed to the new jug shape, milk always expires early. I had them refund two jugs a month ago. Decided to try again. Two gallons with a Jul 31 expiration date, spoiled 6 days early on the 25th. Had to dump 1 and 1/3 gallons. Come on Sam!
