A good alternative to the processed and sugar filled oatmeals on the market today. Very high in fiber and a quick and easy alternative for those who don't necessarily have time to wait to cook and cool oat meal in the morning before eating. You can simply pack it in a cup, take it with you and eat it when you arrive wherever you're going. I prefer warm oatmeal but I also like the convenience of being able to soak it overnight and just warm it up whenever I get where I'm going. The flavor is pleasant and the added fiber is wonderful for keeping you full and helps those on diets lose weight. If you are not currently on a high fiber diet maybe you wanna take it easy at to see how your body adjusts.

Oats are very good and very moist and very filling. I would suggest for you if you use a microwave to make sure you keep and eye on them while they are getting made and see how long will they take to be done. If not you will have a mess to clean up if you don't. They dont taste like anything so if you want flavor make sure you add fruit or nuts or sugar.

These are really good and definitely worth a try. My kids absolutely love these especially before school because they are quick and easy. Add some fruit or honey and you have yourself a healthy delicious breakfast.

The overnight oats are amazing! You just have to add water and go. Add whatever toppings you like and you have the perfect breakfast. The oats will keep you full until lunch and they are guilt free. I definitely recommend.

This brand of overnight oats was a huge hit in my house. My kids love the texture is very fine and not thick. We actually tried the chunky monkey recipe and that was delicious. Would recommend if you are an overnight oats person.

I love oats and this is perfect for me. It’s so good and I liked that the package had some recipe ideas. I definitely will be buying this. The taste is good and you can add other stuff which makes it even better.

This is GOOD!!!! I used the instructions for hot oatmeal and added a heaping tbsp of brown sugar (I always do this) and my goodness, this is my new favorite!!! It doesn’t have a dry texture like some oatmeals could, it was smooth and creamy and absolutely delicious!

I shopped around and this is one of the best values with the added goodies. I do add some other things to this, but my son and nephews love this. I make sure to add protein and coconut milk. I also add full fat Greek yogurt and fruit.
