great for hydration

Not such a great taste.

Most of us that want extra hydration will use a produce like this. I suggest you try this if you ever enjoyed orange creamsickle as a kid. This tastes just like the ice cream

The refreshing, true orange/vanilla flavor of a creamsicle comes through on this one. I think I like it because it is a little bit sweeter. I feel like I am back with the ice cream truck and an orange vanilla popsicle the minute I open the package. The flavor stays through the whole bottle as well. I love this one more than I thought I would.

Orange Vanilla is my all-time favorite Liquid IV flavor. It mixes perfectly and can be diluted or left a bit stronger with no residual feeling in your mouth (teeth or tongue). I can drink it by itself or add creatine (or other supplements) without compromising the flavor. The one flavor I never get tired of!

It tastes great and is easy on my delicate belly, so it goes down quickly when I'm in a hurry.   My old lady skin looks less old ladyish and I don't feel thirsty all the time like I've done in the last few months.
