They work fast and are easy to just pour into a water bottle and shake up. This flavor is not my favorite but it’s not bad. The combination of orange and vanilla is more sweet than I prefer but it is still pretty good.

They really nailed that creamsicle flavor. I dont know if it’s necessarily refreshing though. I do think I prefer the lemon flavor.

Good ingredient. Tastes good. Keep me checked on my electrolyte. Packaging is very functional; easy to tear apart.

They always taste so good and not too strong. I also love individual packets for easy and convenient usage. I’m not the biggest fan of this flavor because it leaves a little bitterness in my mouth, but I still highly recommend the brand.

The packets are super easy to open and pour into a water bottle or glass. They mix easily with your preferred amount of water. The flavor was perfect when mixed with 16 ounces of water. The product dissolved well with some occasional stirring or mixing. I would absolutely recommend these packets and look forward to trying more from this brand.

I can tell it did a great job of hydrating me because I kept having to run to the bathroom which I normally don’t! I definitely recommend this one to everyone! 100/100
