They work fast and are easy to just pour into a water bottle and shake up. This flavor is not my favorite but it’s not bad. The combination of orange and vanilla is more sweet than I prefer but it is still pretty good.

It dissolves quickly in 16 ounces water, has a strong burst of flavor, and made me feel hydrated almost instantly. However it’s a bit too sweet for my taste

You can pack these in your gym bag or purse to have on hand to use when needed. The Orange Vanilla Cream flavor is good, but it does not mask the taste of sodium.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had only tried the unflavored Liquid I.V. before, but the Orange and Vanilla Dream blew me away, it’s even better. I always pack these on my hikes, sip them to get my tired body some electrolytes to continue the hike. Not only do I feel that sudden boost of hydration, but it actually tastes good too, which makes staying hydrated so much easier. I do wish they were a bit cheaper though.

I feel like this product helps with my electrolytes I get tremors in my head and face and I feel like when I drink this it helps calm down my nervous system so it is got some good benefits. You get a lot for one packet you used it in one bottle of water. I like my bottle of water to be lukewarm when I mix it because I feel like I can taste it much better I don’t like super cold water with it. The packaging is really nice and premium. Great value for the money!

I mix mine in cold water and it dissolves immediately and thoroughly. I appreciate that it is made with natural flavors and that it has some revitalizing vitamins.
