I feel like this product helps with my electrolytes I get tremors in my head and face and I feel like when I drink this it helps calm down my nervous system so it is got some good benefits. You get a lot for one packet you used it in one bottle of water. I like my bottle of water to be lukewarm when I mix it because I feel like I can taste it much better I don’t like super cold water with it. The packaging is really nice and premium. Great value for the money!

I’m a huge fan of liquid IV and this new orange vanilla dream taste just like a creamsicle. I usually drink this on the day’s I feel under the weather. It gives your body the nutrients to reset on its own. I also drink these on the days I’m going hard at the gym to replenish my electrolytes that I used.
