This product tastes great for me. One a day is all that it takes to keep you hydrated(prevents cramps later in the day when you are in the sun several hours). The pricing is less than other distributers.

You'll really love the flavor of this hydration drink. Gives you a higher boost of electrolytes than already bottled hydration beverages. Does it come in more flavors??? I'd definitely purchase again!

I have been using liquid IV to help me drink more. This one tastes like an orange Creamsicle! It is wonderful! I do not use this to replace my water consumption but when I know I need an extra kick, I use liquid IV.

While they taste good and are healthier than Gatorade, they’re high in sugar content. Even the “sugar free” liquid IV sticks are not sugar free. So false advertising and misleading consumers …I’m sure liquidIV is a lot worse than we know.

Liquid IV is probably the reason I’m alive. Use half to a full packet once daily for your electrolyte needs.

I wasn't sure what flavor to get, and it is absolutely delicious! Nice to have something tasty when you're not feeling well.
