It's an excellent electrolyte drink super easy to use just throw in a bottle of water shake a few times and you're good to go I tried orange vanilla dream and it taste so good. It literally taste like a Creamsicle. These are super convenient. You can leave in your car, your purse, put it in your pocket super convenient. These do a phenomenal job at rehydrating you this little pouch of liquid IV gives you everything you need to get your hydration up quickly. I have used these on a normal day after a workout when I'm sick and not getting enough fluids these are phenomenal to have on any day basis.

The flavor is light, sweet, and creamy with just the right balance of citrus and vanilla. It mixes easily into water and gives a smooth, refreshing taste that makes staying hydrated actually enjoyable. Beyond the taste, it really does the job. It's packed with electrolytes and vitamins, it helps replenish your body after a workout, a hot day, or even just when you need an energy boost.

This is delicious. Oddly, perhaps, it reminds me most of the baby aspirin I'd get as a child when I didn't feel well. I get the creamsicle idea, but it tastes more like that to me. I just wish there were a sugar free version. I enjoy the versions of LIV with sugar, but I take a thermos mug of one in water to bed with me and don't want sugar on my teeth.

I just found my new drink to get me through the winter. All you need ia one pack and a bottle or cup of water. Open, shake and enjoy the flavor! Extra hydration and better tasting water? I'm down.

As a person who is always dehydrated and doesn't like to drink water, these little packets have been a lifesaver. I don't usually like any of these kind of mixes because of the way they taste but I like this one. And everyone I've given one to try has liked this flavor too. I'm a slow sipper and it takes me a or sometimes a day and a half to finish my whole 20 oz tumbler but I do.

I think it is salty but that's expected give electrolytes. I would definitely buy this flavor if it was an option. Creamy mild orange flavor is my best description.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are pretty good! The taste is ok but there is an aftertaste that is a little bitter but I can deal with it. It's very effective for the electrolytes. The packaging is convenient because I can carry them in my purse. A good value overall!
