these shelves are great & very sturdy. They are easy to assemble. Holds the amount that it states and as long as you have it on level flooring these work out perfectly.

Sturdy, yet lightweight! Easy to assemble and move around. The 27 gallon totes fit tightly on each shelf, which the black and gold matches for both!

Two of the support legs were damaged, probably during shipment. I sent a message to the manufacturer's representative, never heard back. Being handy, I created the necessary legs from dowels. Product was great, support horrible.

Poles missing. Came with only 12 poles instead of 16 poles. Unfortunately you can't check to see if everything is there at the store because they are secured by straps that require you to cut them.

For a plastic, press together shelf unit it's pretty solid. Mine was missing one of the H shaped "T connectors" as they call them. Apparently this is common. The March 4, 2023 review shows a molded part assembly missing the same part, though the writer mentioned "no lost or misplaced parts" because of the molded pattern. She shows only assembling one, so she didn't need it. I tried contacting the company but their "tinyurl" website certificate is not up to date so my browser security won't allow the connection.

Very easy to put together, sturdy and looks good. All the accessories were still in one piece on the casting sprues requiring cutting apart. Why didn’t they pay someone to cut pieces off the sprue. After it was assembled having to cut the pieces apart it didn’t seem to bother me anymore. Great product that I would buy again.

If you go the full 5 shelves high, it does seem a little flimsy. It will work just fine though. I feel that the price is a little steep for the lack of stability provided (without the support brackets.) if I needed more, I would purchase again. I would spend the extra money though and get the bigger metal shelves if you have the room and the money to do so. I bought a set the same time as I got these for comparison and it definitely worth spending the extra money.

This was easy to assemble: my 11 daughter put it together while I worked on other things in the garage and needed minimal help. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs extra storage. It has also been sturdy enough to hold everything we have put on it. I like it so much I went out and purchased a second one.

My barn is a large storage building. Yet no matter how big, space always fills up. Work tools and power equipment on one side, yard tools and landscaping equipment on the other. Once again what got me was Sam's Club incredible price. These shelves are sturdy, can be attached to the wall for safety, and can be adjusted at the bottom for better balance on the floor if needed, but the best part for me is the convenience. It can be a combination of, for example, a 2 shelf/3 shelf set of shelves and so on with just one 5-tier set. A shelf can be removed to make a larger opening for a large container or item to fit on a shelf. I started out with two Member's Mark 5-tier shelves and went back for three more. The shelves help me use up the once wasted space on the upper walls. The loft of my storage barn can also use the 5-tier shelf because it can be made into two (or more) lower fitting shelves (for the price of one) for that upper space. You can customize the shelves to fit your needs. Now I have too much shelf space (for now, anyway) and more open space inside my storage building barn.

Bought these solely to store the 27 gallon totes which do not fit on the shelves. Someone obviously forgot to measure the “tab” pieces that stick up off the lids when they did the measurements listed. And before they reply, yes they're members mark totes. They do not fit!
