I bought this set in April and they were beautiful and perfect for a few months but that was about it. Everything started sticking after about 4 months.

These pans are much better for you than Teflon. Watch the heat! Read the directions! These pans don't require high heat. They don't even require medium-high heat. Follow the directions in the box and you won't have burn spots.

As much as I love cooking, I tend to prioritize ease of cleaning over performance but with these fry pans I got both! My food cooked evenly and quickly at both low and high temperatures and because nothing stuck to the pan, clean up was little more than a quick rinse/scrub. I can't say the same for the majority of my teflon-coated pans...which will soon be headed to the donation box now that I have these. So glad I got these pans and I look forward to cooking many more dishes with them!

The only feedback I have is that it does scratch easily on the sides of pan when stacked, and the top coat has started to come off a bit with regular use. Still, it’s a lovely piece and I enjoy using it daily.

overall I’m very happy with the purchase. The sizes are perfect for everything from morning eggs to stir-fries and searing meat. The ceramic coating is impressively nonstick .I can cook with little to no oil, and cleanup is a breeze. The cold-forged aluminum heats up evenly and quickly, and the handles feel sturdy and comfortable to hold. That said, the nonstick coating is delicate. You really have to follow the care instructions. I only use silicone or wooden utensils and avoid high heat. I also hand wash them even though they’re dishwasher-safe, just to keep the coating in good shape. So far, it’s been worth the extra care. For the price, these pans are a great value. Just be prepared to maintain them properly if you want them to last!

Absolutely love the pans. They are super helpful when in a hurry and trying to make pancakes in the morning for the kids. They are non stick and heat up quickly. I love to use them and as a plus they are very easy to clean. Would 100% recommend recommend them
