i got these as a gift and i really liked them at first. i took care of them. i wash them separately and somehow the smaller pan has the coating chipping off and then now EVERYTHING sticks to it. so its going in the trash. now the bigger pan is chipping on the sides. i am giving it two stars because they were great while they lasted and my medium sized pan is perfectly fine still.

These are, by far, my favorite pans. They heat evenly and produce the results I expect when I saute meats and vegetables. The thick bottoms, lightweight feel, and slightly elevated center produce tender searing and browning.

I purchased on large ceramic coated skillet from Tramotina about a year ago and have loved it so much I searched for more like it. I’m tossing out the old pans and their promises of durability and lasting non-stick qualities for the best!

Recieved these as a bridal shower gift. Used one out of the set for the first time today. Looks wise they are beautiful. It felt great cooking. I made bacon. After everything was cooled I went to clean the pan, which was so nice and easy, but I dried it and it has a bunch of little spots where the ceramic coating came off.

I give up. These are horrible. Can't cook anything without sticking. We are using more cooking oil than ever and still sticks. Wanted healthy alternative but the cleaning involves serious scrubbing even though we use oil generously. Won't give to anyone I know so will be taking to goodwill. Purchase another more expensive ceramic set with good non-stick reviews and hoping they work. If not I am going to return quickly.

Very dissatisfied with this purchase. Everything sticks to them and the beautiful cream color did not stay. They are totally discolored. I hang my pots and pans and I thought I was going to have something pretty to hang but that's not the case. I've purchased this brand before and been happy but I don't know what kind of finish they put on these pans but within a month they looked bad.

lightweight great looking and nothing has stuck so far

These pans were non-stick for about 4 months and then at about 6 months old became unuseable because everything sticks. I threw them away in the trash can this morning.

Got this pan a few weeks ago and wanted to wait before leaving a review. First off, it looks great — really clean and high-quality design. The real question is how it performs, and so far it’s been great. Just make sure to follow the instructions — especially avoiding high heat, since that can cause staining that’s tough to remove. As for cooking, the non-stick works really well. I’ve made eggs and bacon a few times and everything came off easily with minimal effort. Overall, very happy with it so far.

These might be nice pans, but they put the tightest possible shrink wrap on the handles to protect them. I spent 30 minutes trying to pick this crap off the medium one. Could barely get a little bit lifted and it would rip off. Wasn't going to use a knife on it and ruin the handles. Gave up in frustration and returned the whole thing. Not worth my sanity to spend hours trying to get that stupid shrink wrap off the handles.
