Thank you for changing the gal milk containers to an easier pouring one. I can pick up milk again at Sams instead of second trip to another store just for a normal milk pouring container.

I have a 3 year old grandson who is healthy and growing. He loves fruits and vegetables and drinks only water and milk so we go through 2-3 gallons a week. Thanks to Sam’s, it’s always available at a good price.

We pick up milk here only when it’s convenient. I know the expiration date is a guide line you should trust. Not first time but .. our milk (whole) goes bad early. This time 4 days early..

I buy my whole milk from Sam’s Club or Walmart on a regular basis. Although I really enjoy the taste of the product, it rarely makes it until the best.by date! I have thrown away numerous partial gallons of this product. There must be something happening logistically for this to take place. It needs to be addressed!

We have been buying milk for years from Sam's Club. But these ones and the ones that were in my previous purchase were curdled even one week before the marked expiry date. We had to throw two gallons out of three I purchased now. Similarly, we could use only one gallon previous time.

Why has your milk increased about a $1 more recently? Now your prices are the nearly the same as Publix! Why should I pay for your membership if you are going to be raising your prices to rival regular grocery stores?

Recently, I attempted to engage with a staff member for assistance, but instead of receiving support, I was met with complete indifference. The employee intentionally ignored my presence, refused to acknowledge my requests, and displayed an incredibly unprofessional attitude. This lack of communication and basic courtesy is unacceptable, as it directly hinders efficiency and creates an unnecessarily hostile environment. I hope management addresses this behavior to ensure staff members maintain a basic standard of professional conduct and responsiveness.
