If I could give Sam's a zero star I would. They sent me a $500 gift card that was not activated. When I took it back to the store they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Unbelievable. Horrible customer service.

you save the most on this card. 5% per $200.00 and you only save a little over 3% on the $500.00 why they don't give you a better % offer on the larger amount is anyone's guess.

I ordered four of the $200 gift cards@ $180 each! I must have been one of the lucky ones because they arrived in my email in a matter of minutes and I used them to help pay for my trip coming up in March 2026. In my case it was eazy peazy.

Sams canceled this order minutes within placing it. This is just a waste of time. Sams needs to take down this listing if they aren't going to fulfill it.

I bought $1600 of gift cards in October and November to take to Disney for our Resort stay Christmas week. At check in, everyone had a zero balance! I will never buy email gift cards again.

My purchase was canceled 30 minutes later. They didn't even give a reason for the cancellation. I joined a club membership to buy this, and it's ridiculous. My time and the cost of the membership feel wasted.

On the app and online it shows that this “door buster” is available. So I purchased excitedly. Only to get an email 10 minutes later saying they are cancelling the order. Guess I should have listened to the reviews.

email came, couldn't get to the gift cards. had to call main line(chat does not work for gift cards) where they could not understand what was wrong so i just cancelled the order, thank you so much for wasting my time.
