I bought 2 gift cards and only 1 of them worked trying to rectify the situation my family is in Florida and cannot use one of them.

Was in the store and the cards would not scan at all. Wasn't just me happens to many people in the line . Sam's Club answer to that was oh well it's not a us problem. So they had no answer why it wasn't scanning so was not able to purchase!

Sell out before you can get them if you're just a plain Sam's Club member. They will gladly sell you physical cards for $35 more. Suggest you shop at BJ's they actually sell the cards at their actual sale price.

If you are going to advertise a sale then make sure you have enough for us “regular “ card holders to purchase. Advertising early and selling out before the official sale drops to everyone else is crap!!

email came, couldn't get to the gift cards. had to call main line(chat does not work for gift cards) where they could not understand what was wrong so i just cancelled the order, thank you so much for wasting my time.

you save the most on this card. 5% per $200.00 and you only save a little over 3% on the $500.00 why they don't give you a better % offer on the larger amount is anyone's guess.

If I could give Sam's a zero star I would. They sent me a $500 gift card that was not activated. When I took it back to the store they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Unbelievable. Horrible customer service.

I bought $1600 of gift cards in October and November to take to Disney for our Resort stay Christmas week. At check in, everyone had a zero balance! I will never buy email gift cards again.

My purchase was canceled 30 minutes later. They didn't even give a reason for the cancellation. I joined a club membership to buy this, and it's ridiculous. My time and the cost of the membership feel wasted.
