When Sam's Club was running the special with 10% off of the $500 card, I literally tried every 15 minutes for an entire day. Every time I got ahold of it, I kept getting a system note back saying we are having problems. To try back later, so they were having system errors at 1 point I actually got one card in my cart. By the time I got to filling out all the information needed, they had removed it. How can you remove something that was already in your cart?\n Not happy. With the way they ran that system, I believe they need to fix their system. If they can't handle what they put out

Such a scam! I signed up for a Sam's Club Membership specifically to purchase the $500 Disney Gift Card Doorbuster. Two days later my gift cards were canceled! I contacted Customer Service. Once connected the Representative stated there is nothing they could do about the cancellation. They offered a $10 credit for my inconvenience but could only put the credit on a Sam's Club credit card. I told them I already have my own credit card and do not want the Sam's Club Credit Card. I was again told there is nothing they could do except cancel the gift cards. Feels like I was totally scammed to purchase a membership for a Doorbuster that did not exist! I am very unhappy about the way this was handled.

This worked great at Disney. I had to make sure my phone light was bright so it would scan at the register. I really prefer this to using a credit card at the park because it is money already budgeted for.

I will never buy a digital gift card from here again. I spent a significant amount of money on this and it’s been over an hour now and it still hasn’t been delivered.

I was able to add these to my cart and they were available but my card kept getting declined for no reason. All info was up to date and my Sam's Club credit card balance had plenty of credit available. There is no valid reason why my card got declined. I even reached out to the fraud prevention number and they were unable to help me without submitting a ticket, which I have not heard back from, and now the item is no longer available.

I have never experienced such a level of incompetence and total disregard for a customer's time. I purchased a $500 Disney Gift Card from Sam's Club online, and it has been the most frustrating ordeal I've ever dealt with. The card arrived unactivated. When I tried to use it on the website, it was completely useless. That was just the beginning of a circular support nightmare: 1. Sam's Club Chat Support told me to call Disney. 2. Disney told me to go into a physical Sam's Club store. 3. The Local Store told me they could not help and that I had to call the corporate customer support number. The automated AI system was a disaster. It failed to send verification codes to my phone and could not verify any of my information, despite it being correct. When I finally reached human agents, things got even worse. I was put on long holds only to be disconnected and hung up on three separate times. On the third attempt, I explicitly told the agent that I had already been hung up on twice and begged him not to do it again. He assured me he would not, put me on hold, and hung up on me anyway. It is absolutely ridiculous that a company this size can hold $500 of my money hostage and offer zero path to a resolution. I do not even know what to do at this point. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY these cards online. The savings are not worth the hours of life you will lose trying to get what you actually paid for.

This isn't as good of a discount as the $100 gift card for $90. HOWEVER, it is still a good deal. If you are planning a trip to Disneyland or Disney World, don't hesitate purchasing these gift cards. It will help ease the ticket price shock. Don't drag your feet with purchasing them, because there is a limit on how many Sam's will sell, and they will sell out. No problem downloading them and they were emailed within minutes of purchase.

I tried to get physical gift cards in store to avoid my card flagging and denying the transaction. My local Sam's was out, so I tried the e-gift cards. I tried to buy 4 and the transaction went through. I checked my card, there appeared to be no issues with the transaction. A couple hours later I missed two calls in placed within 2 minutes of each other from Sam's while out to dinner with my family. Upon noticing bout the missed calls ~5 minutes after I missed them, I got an email that Sam's had canceled my order. There was no voice-mail left to indicate what was needed, and when i called back, the number would immediately hang up upon connecting. I've made several large purchases online from Sam's in the past with no issues, so I have no clue what the problem is. I tried to reorder the gift cards but tje site will not allow me tor purchse them now.

I bought 4 of these at the special doorbuster price. I guess I am one of the few who read that they one were selling a limited amout at this price. I was able to get mine at 9am but only 4. Will be checking for more at this price during Black Fire. Disney in Feb!!!

I was skeptical because of the reviews but purchased anyway. It took 2 minutes to get my email but it was in my SPAM folder. Don't forget to check that. Then you sign into Disneygiftcard.com and add all your gift cards and transfer it to ONE card to be able to purchase the tickets on the Disney website. Very easy. Thank you Sam's Club!
