I like that it tastes fresh even after the jar has been open in the fridge for a week.

The flavor was very good. I threw the jar away because there was a lot of mold after the third or fourth use!

not sure what happened here- if it's a manufacturing issue or storage in transport, but when i opened a brand new bottle of this it had mold growing on top.
