Works well. I take them to ensure I'm not missing any of the recommended vitamins needed to stay healthy. No issues or complaints.

Bought this for my mother in June. Expire in Dec. Wont finish before expire with using one day. Waste of money.

I do not currently take these, but rather took them in the past. The only reason I stopped taking them was they seemed to upset my stomach.

Easy to take and seems to help keep me "moving" throughout the day.. Ive tried others and havent really noticed a difference in how I feel
