I take one of these one a day vitamins each day alone with other supplements. They keep me healthy and I usually feel pretty good. This is the kind that I will continue to buy. One A Day Women's 50+ Healthy Advantage

One a day woman’s 50 + healthy advantage is designed to address health concerns of women as they age. Women over the age of 50 should take one tablet daily with food.

Easy to take and seems to help keep me "moving" throughout the day.. Ive tried others and havent really noticed a difference in how I feel

Works as expected. I feel much better when taking a good supplement. My schedule often keeps me from a healthy diet, so supplements are a necessity.

I do not currently take these, but rather took them in the past. The only reason I stopped taking them was they seemed to upset my stomach.

This is a great product for women over 50 but they took out the iron then added it back.  Please leave the iron in One A Day for women 50+

Works well. I take them to ensure I’m not missing any of the recommended vitamins needed to stay healthy. No issues or complaints.

Easily to take everyday and it’s very helpful in getting extra vitamins needed. Also very good for athletes

I have been taking this vitamin for about 1 year now. Shame in me.for NOT reading the ingredients! Why add Maltodextrin (Sugar)?

It has one fourth or less of the daily value per serving compared to the tablets of women 50+. I have a hard time with the big tablets.
