I was taking several different vitamins but after they all ran out I switched to this one because it has all that I need with exception of iron which I still take separately. Otherwise, very pleased and noticed my skin was better after a few days.

I have taken these for several years. I cannot say for certain they have helped. I did choose these because it seems to have more than most multivitamins multimineral supplements.

I ordered another bottle due to the good price and i had the money right now. Unfortunately, the bottle does not have a long expiration date. Very disappointing.

Vitamins are fine, but it was ridiculous that I had to show ID with proof of age to buy them. I realize they are for women 50+, but at 84 I think I qualify. Ha ha I THINK THEY ARE CODED WRONG. No other stores ask for ID.

I buy these women’s 50+ multivitamins for my mom and she really likes them. She doesn’t get a upset stomach from them and she gets all the vitamins she needs in one pill!!

I took the time to compare this vitamin against Centrum and one or two other leading brands. This vitamin was the most complete of what was available in terms of the recommended daily needs. I however, still take calcium, magnesium, K, A, and biotin on top of this vitamin to get 100% of EVERYTHING I need on a daily basis. This bottle of 220 is the most I can purchase at one time from any brick & mortar retailer.

The One a Day Women's Vitamin has 1000 mcg of Biotin in their formula. Why is there only 30 mcg in the Women's 50+ formula? As women age their hair thins and many women take it for hair (and nails). You missed the mark on this one. The rest of the formula is outstanding for mature women. Had a great price on it today with 200 tablets (vs. normal 220) and Instant Savings too.

I like the vitamin composition in your vitamins but am mystified by the size of the vitamins. They are horsepills. Curious as to why you would make a pill so large for 50+ women and men. Even Centrum tablets are smaller. I'm sure you can condense these pills to make them easier to swallow. No one should have to fear choking to death to take a vitamin. Gummies don't contain the same configuration of vitamins so that's a no go. How about chewables? Seniors deserve better than this. Would not be able to recommend these vitamins due to their abnormally large size.

My vitamins had minerals also but no iron. I gave bottle to my daughter. I started them on 12/25 and by Jan 1 I was weak, feeling terrible with headache, then woke during the night with very sharp pain in head and ear. I thought it was a stroke but I was able to move extremities, Almost called 911 but was dizzy and afraid to get up to unlock door. I'm 78, in pretty good health and still work full time in addition to commuting 1 hr each way, so I'm no alarmist. I am severely allergic to MSG and thought maybe a chemical combination was mimicking that. I stopped vitamins since that was only change to my routine and the pain gradually subsided over the next week. I've taken one a day from time to time over the years and it's a fine product - I just wanted to let you know my reaction to it. I cannot take ANY pain meds - Vicodin, percoset, etc. - nothing! It may be that the combination of vitamins and minerals were too much for my system.
