I think this product contained a good assortments of vitamins and minerals a supplement should contain for the older woman. The price was good. I have no way of measuring it the product actually did anything for me, as I have decent bloodwork' and don't have any chronic health problems. If you need a supplement that checks most of the suggested boxes for a 50+ woman, this one does it simply and affordably.

I trust that they have the right combination of vitamins and minerals that a 50+ year-old woman needs. None of us eat a perfect diet, so a little extra help for better health is needed.

I just opened my first bottle of these and was immediately overwhelmed by the odor. The bottle says new and improved taste, but the taste was pretty bad too. It wasn't an overly strong taste, but the smell affected the taste somewhat. I think the benefits to this supplement are incredibly important, but they can't help you if you don't take them due to taste and smell.

This is a great vitamin at a great value. It gives me what I need to support bone and joint health as I'm newly turned 50. The tablets are kind of big for me however, I suppose that because of what's packed into it. I will repurchase after I complete my bottle and I recommend.

I like to purchase vitamins for elderly people because I feel it will have more iron and calcium than the average vitamin. Wish I was correct because I did a comparison in this store and the woman's plus has more calcium than the regular multi vitamin. So far so good with this one

I've been taking vitamins for many years. Now, I'm taking the mini gel 50+. My diet is not the best and I feel better knowing that I'm getting all the vitamins I need like C,D,E,A and the B vitamins as well. So my "one a day" gives me peace of mind. And I feel good about it.

I bought this multivitamin awhile back and it met my expectations. I don't really like dairy so as someone who is in her mid twenties, my calcium and vitamin D intake is low; this specific multivitamin is formulated for older women with osteopenia and osteoporosis so it has higher amounts of calcium and vitamin D. It gives me exactly what I'm missing from my diet and it is easy to take everyday!

I most definitely recommend these vitamin. Like most women my age I've got to watch my calcium and Vitamin D levels. Since I started taking these a couple of years ago my levels have been great, were low before these. I don't have any negative side effects, will keep repurchasing and do recommend
