I take these daily and the effectiveness is quick the packaging is cute they have some good ingredients in them and they are definitely worth your money they don't taste that bad either.

This product contains all the necessary vitamins and minerals,it provides energy and well-being it has no aftertaste or burping.The size and swallowability is great

I take these every day. I think they really help me. Not if they work for you. I do have to take them with good as I have a sensitive stomach. They are a little better than other brands. I would recommend them.

I was surprised to see such hugh pills when I opened the bottle, the pills are hard to swallow. If I had known they were so big I would not have purchased. The actual pill size should be put on the bottle or make the vitamin bottles see through.

Just started taking them a week ago.  They do not upset my stomach like some other brands do.    I am getting g up off the couch so I am hoping it is the vitamins making me feel better!

Packaging is great, very effectiveness zero taste value for you money is great and the ingredients quality is great been taking this product since I turned 50

It has everything I need in it. Use to buy different types of vitamins now I get everything in one pill. Don't change anything about it. I tell everyone about taking only one pill instead of different pills everyday

This product has all the vitamins my dr recommends and One A Day brand has been a trusted brand for a long time so I don't mind spending a bit more for them.

This is a good, basic multivitamin. It contains the daily requirements of vitamins and minerals in addition to eating a healthy diet. I notice a difference in how I feel when I take them versus not taking them.. They are reasonably priced.

Great multivitamin! Is a large pill, so if you have an issue swallowing pills, be advised. Does have a bit of an odd taste, but you only need to take one pill a day, so I don't mind it too much
