This has been a good daily vitamin. Let's face it we don't get every bit of the daily vitamins we need, so this is a good one to try out.

Vitamins appear to be adequate except for D3. The label simply states, "D", not D3. This is of serious concern,

It worked as described, I just didn't like the natural flavor from the tablet. It was a very la re get pill hard for some to swallow.

Good multi vitamin. No bad taste. Pill is not too big, easy to swallow. I always take a multi vitamin, so I really didn't see any difference
