This product is very effective and the taste is good. This vitamin is a high quality and wonderful product. It’s nice that you get a couple months at a time. The amount you pay for this product is average. I love the large lid easy for opening.

It gives you a lot of energy, at the same time you are taking care of your body, as they bring a lot of vitamins that your body needs, they are ideal for elderly people.

These vitamins make me nauseous within 15 minutes and lasts for 30 minutes. Even taking with food it usually upsets my stomach. I'm switching back to the regular multivitamin.

I respect the brand, but, upon receiving the vitamins in May 2024, I found that I had been sent a bottle of 300 tablets with an expiration date of August 2024. In short, taking one one-a-day, I'll have 180 tablets left when the tablets expire.
