I really like this product. It didn't make me feel nauseous or sick at all. It really helped my hair and nails, I believe, to grow healthier.

I like them since they have all the vitamins you need but they are sorted big and I need to take with food or they will upset your stomach

They seem to work well. I am horrible with taking Vitamins so I never finish. Think it would be easier if they were chewy and taste better!
