Solid multivitamin for women under 50. Palatable in terms of size. It's a vitamin so it's not a Michelin star meal regarding taste.

Didn't really care for these. Kinda a big pill to swallow but don't notice a difference in energy whether I take them or not.

It was good until I got the one with energy as I stay very fatigued from have having cancer and removed. The one with energy helps alot

I like how these make me feel however I really prefer the gummy vitamins. They are a great value though. Maybe make a gummy version.
