Must eat food with these vitamins! Otherwise I feel like they do their job well. If eaten on a empty stomach it is likely you will feel nauseous.

Awesome product. You can get this product anywhere basically. It is easy to take not chalky or too big.

I could only really take these for a month… Most vitamins will give me acid reflux and these were no exception lol

Works great when I actually remember t take them. They have a better number of daily amounts that are needed compared to off brand names

I have been taking One a Day vitamins since I was 18. I personally feel a vitamin supplement is important especially if you don't eat right.

The product was great and met all of the required supplemental needs that I was looking for. It is nice to have it all in one tablet.

These vitamins are nice and affordable. I don't feel like I notice a difference in my overall health when I take them vs if I don't take them.
