I like this vitamins but I stopped taken them because I gets very hungry. I decided to eat healthy instead.

It is large and not a great taste. If something is optional I want it to have good flavor at least. I don't plan to buy.

Easy to take. Price is fair. Easier to swallow than others I've tried. This is my current go-to multi-vitamin.
