Great, simple multivitamin. I did notice a difference when I ran out of it! That should tell you something!

I have been taking these vitamins for many years now. They are very affordable and have all the necessary vitamin alues needed for the daily intake.

I love the idea of just taking 1 pill a day. I am a vegetarian and it is important for me to cover all the basis, vitamin wise.

I always feel sick when I take these vitamins. I tried different way to take them but I end up throwing them up anyways.

It's a vitamin. Doesn't do much for me or her than give me what I need daily. I am not picky with vitamins
