Overall good vitamin. Not too expensive and easy to find at most places. Doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth or anything like that.

I have found@that I am actually unable to@take this pill there is a vitamin/ ingredient/ something that makes me very ill.

It's great. Does the job I guess. I also take vitamin C with it. Maybe not necessary but it helps me stay away from getting sick often.

It didn't really do much for me. I didn't feel as if I was absorbing the nutrients. So I stopped taking it. I just wasn't feeling or seeing results.
