Very affordable but hurts my stomach. I've tried with food and the result is the same. Could not finish the bottle.

Easy to take. I feel like it gave me all the vitamins I needed and filled in the gaps where I was low in something!

I've taken vitamins off and on for years. This particular brand for me didn't really make me feel any different.

Pills are kinda big. Love that it has biotin. Not effective as I thought. Doable but not nothing to be hyped about.
