These vitamins were ok. I had stomach issues while getting used to them but after a week, it subsided.

Solid vitamin. Easy to take, not too expensive. Available most places if I am running errands... nothing bad about it. Taking it for years.

It didn't really do much for me. I didn't feel as if I was absorbing the nutrients. So I stopped taking it. I just wasn't feeling or seeing results.
