These work great as far as I can tell. They do not have a bad taste which is a huge plus. They are affordable and have quality ingredients which is rare these days. Overall I highly recommend

I use these everyday! The formula is nice and simple, just gives you a boost in the essentials. Easy pill to swallow, it's has a subtle taste but I think that's just from sitting in the bottle

I've been taking these for a couple weeks now. I like all the nutritional benefit that it has as I like some regular vitamins based on my dietary intake. Good price. Only reason I gave it a 4/5 is because of the poor flavor

I had a hard time with these because they were too big, at least for me they were. I also just don't like the pill form of vitamins because of the taste.

One a day women's multi vitamins are a good trusted brand. they have good combination of vitamins and minerals. the vitamins are easy to swallow and didn't cause stomach upset

These have a great amount of vitamins and minerals, but are the very definition of a horse pill. Holy moly these are a chore to try to swallow. Not a fan of that aspect. Can't wait to someday find a vitamin that I like and can stomach

No very effective for me I need something stronger. Doesn't give me energy because I have really low iron. I love the price and it has helped a little but overall I need something with more Iron included. The size isn't that bad hope this helps

Not too much to say... They're a vitamin so they do their job? Decently easy to swallow, only take one a day (hence the name) and they got a decent bit of iron in them but not enough to make you constipated like other vitamins. Decent price too.

These are great vitamins that has the best ingredients. The effectiveness is good and tastes good, they are at a perfect price too. Gave me energy as well
