Personally not a huge fan tried it once and I wasn't able to remember as easily to take them because they aren't as easy to swallow as other vitamins I've taken in the past.

As i've gotten older I have taken extra steps to make sure to get my daily intake and with that I chose to purchase the one a day and so far so good. 

I not really an supplement person, with that said I never can tell a difference physically when I take supplements and don't. My blood work obviously shows a difference but I can take ‘‘em or them ‘em.

They did the job. Not sure how much of an opinion I can have on a multi vitamin, but these from One-A-Day worked while I used them. The pills were large, but easy to swallow.

I use to be a long time user of this multivitamin, but had to change when I was told to get a prenatal from my gynecologist. Also, I was advised to find a more natural multivitamin with less fillers like this one is.

This vitamin is very helpful for keeping your immune system strong. I love that you just take 1 pill a day and you get all the vitamins you need. The price is really good for such a great vitamin for women.

I don't know what it is but these do not sit well in my stomach. I don't have that sensitive of a stomach either. These make me feel nauseated... I gave them away after only a couple weeks of use.

This brings 300 tablets, it works really well for me and I believe it has good ingredients and doesn't have a weird after taste. Very inexpensive and comes perfectly packaged
