I've been taking these for a few years and I like them because they provide all the vitamins you need in one pill. Also you don't need to waste money buying a bunch of unnecessary stuff!

I started out takinf the normal ones but they are pretty big so i switched to the gummies. I love the flavors and i always feel great when i take them regularly.

Vitamins are usually pretty hard to swallow but this one isn't too big. There is a pretty strong taste but it does go away pretty quickly with some water.

Every morning along side a bottle of water I drink my vitamins before eating breakfast, Don't ask me why but the hubby and I do it in that way. Price is decent I totally recommend it specially once u start your 30s
