Great vitamin just large! Has all the essential nutrients for women all in one pill. I find it hard to swallow because of its size. It also has a bad taste when swallowing it due to a powdery outside.

Every morning along side a bottle of water I drink my vitamins before eating breakfast, Don't ask me why but the hubby and I do it in that way. Price is decent I totally recommend it specially once u start your 30s

I like the one a day women's vitamins. They are great. The quality is very good. They are easy to take. And they have a good amount of vitamins in them.

This multivitamin is a great choice for women based on typical deficiencies or lifestyles. It has most of what you need but i would check with a doctor to make sure you aren't missing anything else.

They're boasting about the smaller size, but they don't mention that they have decreased the amount of vitamins from the previous formula (ex. Calcium which is extremely important). Very unhappy about the formula change.

Affordable and reasonable everyday multi vitamin. The only one I've tried this far and I like it! Pills are a little hard to swallow but you get use to it after awhile! Overall satisfied with this product!

I don't believe i took this long enough to notice a huge difference. the price was a little more than i would have liked but the product did meet my expectations for only having tried it once so far!
