I started taking these because I know I don't eat the correct foods. These made me nauseous and constipated. I started taking a probiotic and it still didn't help. I finally stopped taking these.

Very good product. I take one everyday when I start my day. It is not pricey I sometimes get it as a deal. No room for improvement. It definitely meet my expectations. I would definitely buy it again.

It is a simple way to get your vitamins for the day. The pill is a bit large, so gummy vitamins can be an easier choice, but if flavor is a hard no for you, these are a good alternative.

These are a little to jam packed for me..... when I tried it I don't know if I was having an off day or what but I took one and like within 20min threw up..... def did not agree with me..... never tried again....

I like the women because it includes all the minerals I need like iron and folic acid. Must take with a meal since it's a big pill and will upset the stomach otherwise. I think I solid drug store vitamin with everything you need and a good price

These multi vitamin contain pretty much all you need but don't get from food because your diet is trash. I think women aren't educated enough on the importance of vitamins pre-pre natal and in general if you choose to opt out of pregnancy.
