I have been taking this more recently because before I was using prenatals. So far it's ok. I always enjoy my skin and body a little more when taking vitamins so this does the job

A normal vitamin both me and my mom take it! Effective for what it claims to do and help with. Nothing negative to say it's overall a good choice if you're looking for a new daily vitamin.

These vitamins are a good product to try. All of your main daily requirements are in one tablet which makes it simple. You only have to take one pill a day and they don't cause nausea,which for me personally alot of them do.

Very good product. I take one everyday when I start my day. It is not pricey I sometimes get it as a deal. No room for improvement. It definitely meet my expectations. I would definitely buy it again.

I used to take these a few years back, but now i take whatever is on sale.  Cant remember if these had any real effect on me or not,  Still took then as an extra source of nutrients
