I have taken this multivitamin for years and I've never had a problem. I believe that is actually helped to complement my health along with eating healthy and the cost is not too bad.

I like One A Day Women's due to the size of the tablet. Easy to swallow and doesn't smell like other brands I've tried. Only improvement would be to stick some minerals in it!

I started taking one a day women's a couple of weeks ago and I've noticed that it must be working my nails are starting to grow finally. I like it better than the last multi vitamins I was taking. But overall there pretty good!!
