I like these. You can get them at most stores. I believe they do the job. I have been taking them for a while. It is a good way to protect your health. You need to take them once a day.

These were too strong and big. When I didn't take it with enough food, it made me throw up. I've never had a reaction like this to my daily vitamin. I did not finish the bottle.
