I like that my daily Vitamins are in one pill. Better to take it with food. Great price. Pills are kinda big. If possible, to improve this product make the pills smaller.

I think most multivitamins are about the same. Its hard to tell what the absorption rate might be without taking a test. I have no idea how to improve the vitamin. There was no bad taste and it was easy to swallow. I was satisfied with the vitamin.

Great product! The pills are really big but if you are not bothered by that ita overall a great product. I also took their version of prenatal vitamin.
