This was a solid vitamin. My only struggle is the size of the pill, it was rather large. However, it is packed full of really awesome vitamins. I'm not sure that it would be possible to make it smaller. I think it is effective as a multivitamin. However, solely based on the size I would probably not buy it again.

I use have used these multivitamins for years. The ingredients seem reasonable and a reasonable price if you buy a large size. The pills are a little large so they could be hard for some to swallow. After I'm done with this bottle I do plan to find something more specific to my needs though.

This was an okay product overall, but not something I would get all the time. These are pricey, but a good value. The biggest thing I would improve on this product is the after taste it leaves behind. I might would buy it again, but it's not super likely at this point.

It does not have a terrible aftertaste and doesn't irritate my stomach if I don't take it with food. I still supplement with vitamin D and biotin but that is by my doctors recommendation.

I take these most days if I can remember and they help me stay healthy while I try to eat well at the same time. They do have an aftertaste because of the vitamins as they are not gummies and are just pills so I recommend eating something afterward or chewing gum to get rid of the taste.

It has all the great vitamins we women needs, so I am happy to have received it. I have been very tired lately so this is exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I haven't taken it long enough to talk about the effects yet.
