[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used this for a little while so i can't say for sure if it's working. I usually take gummy vitamins and was a little worried about taking a pill instead but these are super easy to swallow, I'm looking forward to seeing if i feel any difference after a month.

This was a solid vitamin. My only struggle is the size of the pill, it was rather large. However, it is packed full of really awesome vitamins. I'm not sure that it would be possible to make it smaller. I think it is effective as a multivitamin. However, solely based on the size I would probably not buy it again.

I enjoy taking these multivitamins. I find the pill to be a little big but most multivitamins are big. I feel energized and have energy to keep going. There's no taste to it and can be purchased at most places. I like that it covers a lot of different things throughout the body. Also there's a lot of pills in the bottle.

I take these multivitamins daily and feel like they definitely help maintain a health balance of nutrients in my body. I've had issues in the past with low iron/anemia and I've noticed since taking these I bruise WAY less. My recent bloodwork at my annual appointment also was much better than it has been in the past with no changes other than taking these vitamins. I will continue to take these and have purchased the men's version for my boyfriend. 

These are some very effective vitamins They are great and they come in petite size so if you don't like or have trouble swallowing pills they're great not sure about the about the taste because I swallowed them and I never taste them. Good value for the money and sometimes you can get them on sale at certain drug stores.

They are a great daily vitamin for younger women. I prefer the over 40 vitamins. They have more nutrients.

They don't have an aftertaste like some do and are not way to large when taking them. I would recommend them to others and would and will buy in the future.
