This was an okay product overall, but not something I would get all the time. These are pricey, but a good value. The biggest thing I would improve on this product is the after taste it leaves behind. I might would buy it again, but it's not super likely at this point.

I've been taking One a day Multivitamins for Women since I was in my early 20s, I'm now 35. I love that I know that One a day multivitamins are the number one multivitamin sold, and that they go through tons of testing. These vitamins have additional ingredients like Biotin which is great for hair. Also for skin benefits Vitamins A, C, E, Zinc and Copper. They also support the heart and a healthy metabolism by Helping convert food to fuel with all 8 B Vitamins and Chromium. Truly a great product

I love that the vitamin helps with bone health, heart health, immune health, skin health, healthy muscle function and a healthy energy metabolism. Sometimes I had a hard time swallowing the pill; however I did usually swallow it and noticed benefits of continuous use. I do recommend to other women

i have been using this multivitamin for awhile now and i like it! if i don't eat before i take it i do get a bit nauseous but i've adjusted to taking it with a meal and it hasn't happened since. it's a larger pill that may be hard to swallow for some. but overall i'm satisfied and will continue to purchase

I like this multivitamin. It's affordable and it gets the job done. It also contains folates that are important for women to take. This is definitely a multivitamin that I will continue to use. It is free of artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners. It also is free of fish/shellfish and egg allergens.

Fast forward I tried these and was bel to swallow them… yay Nice plus that there is no after taste, it does not disintegrate while trying to take it with water .

Huge pills that didn't do anything for me. They are pretty costly and I did not see an improvement in energy, hair, skin, or cravings. They also did not smell God, but that's to be considered as most vitamins, except for Flintstones, don't really smell good.

my mother in law use this as it has the main ingredients she needed for her vitamins and supplements. the quality is great, as well as the taste, even the size is easy to swallow. It is very effective for her, taking it once daily, since she is taking some other maintenance. packaging is good too. arrived on time. wiil order again. please leaves a thbs up if this is helpful.thanks!

I am currently taking the One A Day Women's Formula Multivitamins. I really like the ingredients and benefits of this multivitamin, however, I have a very hard time swallowing this pill, even if halved. It's quite large. That is the only downside of this multivitamin.

I have been taking a multivitamin longer than I can remember. It is a part of my daily routine because I know it helps to supplement the nutritional gaps that I might not be getting from the healthy food (I try) to eat. The women's 50+ vitamin contains more than 100% of my daily recommended requirements of vitamins A, C, D, B6, B2, niacin, thiamin, B12, biotin, zinc, copper, manganese, and many others. Each tablet is free of artificial sweeteners, shellfish, dairy, wheat, and nuts for those with sensitivities to those foods. The One A Day is a national brand I know I can trust. The tablet is easy to swallow.
