The vitamins One a day women's were a good fit for me. They didn't upset my stomach or bother me in any way. Other vitamins would give me the bad after burps. They were not to big to make it hard to swallow so that was good also. My mother who i told them about used them and she likes them also. 

They're a very basic multi-vitamin. Covers the basics, but the ingredients are definitely not what I would call "top of the line." I spent two years working in a Wellness Medicine office and learned a lot about supplements and while they are a step in the right direction, this is not a full-spectrum multi.

It came at the perfect time to sample as I was almost out of my current vitamin. The pills were a bit larger then expected. However, it was easy to add to my medication routine. I saw my doctor a few weeks later and said that it was good I was taking a good multivitamin.

These gummies taste like dog food, which I don't love. However, they contain all of the vitamins and nutrients necessary for my health. The packaging is easy to open, while still having a child lock. I got mine on sale, which made it the most cost-effective choice.

I do feel with a product like this it takes an extended usage period to truly know how well it is performing but so far I do feel it is rounding out my daily needs. I am curious how I'll feel with continued use but do plan on purchasing another bottle.

I take this One A Day Women's Formula every day! I don't notice a huge difference in energy levels, but I do know that I'm giving myself the proper vitamins I need. Vitamins are especially important to take during this time when it's easier to get sick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really just an average daily multivitamin. I highly dislike that there is titanium dioxide used and the amount of Vitamin D is pretty minuscule. The tablet is definitely smaller than other multivitamins though!

I like to take vitamins just for general nutrition and these were worked well for me... I can't compare to other brands because these were the only ones I was taking... It's reasonably priced. Didn't have any side effects from them, so if you like to take vitamins for general purposes, these are good!

Huge pills that didn't do anything for me. They are pretty costly and I did not see an improvement in energy, hair, skin, or cravings. They also did not smell God, but that's to be considered as most vitamins, except for Flintstones, don't really smell good.
