I use these on my longer bike rides and during my runs. I train for triathalons so I needed something that won't weigh me down but will support me for 5+ hours. This has done the trick, especially with the caffeinated boost!!

Strawberry kiwi is my go to gel. It sits light on my stomach and gives a small caffeine boost on those long efforts. This one hits the spot for me.

Cycling. Flavor is not good...at all. Yuck! Consistency is too thick. Will be giving them away. Was quite hopeful since I like the Gold.

I used this gel on my first 24 miles mountain bike ride and i didn't get cramps at all. i have been using it on my mid ride and it's great!
