I use this during triathalons and it is wonderful at keeping me fueled and pressing onward. The taste is great and it's not super thick so it doesn't sink in your stomach, keeps moving easy!

used in the NYC Marathon......worked great, no tummy issues. We also received samples of the waffles and enjoyed those pre-race...again...no tummy issues

Strawberry kiwi is my go to gel. It sits light on my stomach and gives a small caffeine boost on those long efforts. This one hits the spot for me.

Cycling. Flavor is not good...at all. Yuck! Consistency is too thick. Will be giving them away. Was quite hopeful since I like the Gold.
