Energy power speed thought.

These are perfect right before the start of an Olympic triathlon and then again as soon as I get off the bike. Works well too mixed with water and electrolyte in a bike bottle. I've used for half (race starts and halfway) and full marathons (every 45 minutes) and my long runs. Definitely gives a bump in performance.

I recently started using the caffeinated energy gel and as far as I can tell, it helps! Used for the first time at mile 10 of a recent half and PR'd! I think the gel gave me that extra necessary boost!

used in the NYC Marathon......worked great, no tummy issues. We also received samples of the waffles and enjoyed those pre-race...again...no tummy issues

I use these on my longer bike rides and during my runs. I train for triathalons so I needed something that won't weigh me down but will support me for 5+ hours. This has done the trick, especially with the caffeinated boost!!

Love to take these during hard workout sessions and during races!! Easy to digest and gives you the extra energy boost to get the most out of your body when you need it most.

I use the Gels most of my bike rides and any runs longer than 12 miles. They aren't as sweet as some of the other gels on the market and don't bother my stomach. They get two thumbs up.

I love this product and flavor! It tastes good, and gives me the extra energy I need during my long runs. It is easy on my stomach, where other brands are not. I have found my Brand!

I use Honey Stinger gels to fuel my toughness workouts and races. They fuel me for anything between 1 and 3 hours, and sometimes I'll mix them into longer efforts as well, but I usually will eat something solid as well, like the waffles.

I am only able to post 4 stars on this form for this (a glitch?), but I would give it 5. I have one of the caffeinated gels before every race and mid way for anything over 10K. This is an awesome flavor and unlike the chocolate, goes down easier without needing water right away.
