We used the old (All White) XL Goodnites with our first son until he was in his early teens and they worked great. We are using the new Goodnites with our youngest son who turns 12 next month and quickly out growing the L/XL. Would be great if there was a size similar to the old XL to fit kids in the 16-20 clothing size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm writhing this on behalf of my son who was part of the Goodnight's XXL Product Testing group on Mar 14th 2025. On that Friday afternoon we received our test sample and began testing that night. Now i myself had night time accidents till my mid 20s and my son is probably in the same boat as his old man. Right now he's in his second year of hi-school, currently 16yr old and is 5ft, 11in. Since i myself had nightly accidents ive raised my sone with the wisdom I've lured. we limit our fluid intake after supper and always try and empty ourselves before bed. This being the case he isn't the heaviest of bed wetter's. Now the first thing he wrote down was that the fit is great. He has a 32" waist and has a lean body build. He says the front absorbency is great but the rear absorbency is lacking. It never leaked while he slept on his stomach but did when he turned over onto his back. The leak guards are pretty short both in/out and are ok when dry but will gap when wet or moving in sleep.

** I received this product free from Influenster for an honest review. ** My son has been using these for over a year now and so far they have been incredible. First, they are discreet enough where he doesn't feel embarrassed for wearing them. They have helped us tremendously while we work through the bedwetting situation. He wakes up dry more now wearing these than he has with any other tactic we've tried (this includes cutting out beverages before bed). He finds them comfortable which was one of my concerns. If it felt like he was wearing a diaper, would he really want to wear them? But, he says they feel like regular underwear and he doesn't notice them to be scratchy or irritating. The only times we've had leaks have been from silliness on our parts. 1. Don't wear underwear underneath (no idea why he did this, but he did and it was an instant leak). 2. Make sure your sizing is correct (this goes for both being too big and being too small). 3. Accidentally, tucking a shirt into them before going to bed. All in all, Goodnites has been my go-to brand for bedwetting protection and I highly recommend them to all.

We were doing great then that darn flu season hit our family hard and my daughter couldn't seem to hold her bladder over night anymore:-( My daughter sleeps 11-12 hours and when she wakes up she's has gone in her goodnight diaper and her bed is dry!!! It's been amazing for the last 3 months we have been doing her bed laundry every morning plus our regular laundry,it was so hard to keep up. I can now see why these are the #1 Nightime underwear. They are very,soft, comfortable and look and feel like regular underwear. The best part is you can't even tell when you are wearing them! I would definitely recommend these especially for younger ones that don't want to miss a sleepover due to fears of nightime accidents! We will definitely be adding more of the Goodnites nighttime underwear and after seeing these my wife is very interested in trying the women's nighttime underwear for incontinence bladder issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome product we did not expect less from Kimberly Clark. Holds up well and very stretchy. The only think I would want to see different is the print design. The print design looks basic and wish it had more of a baby feel.

I am 15 and autistic and weigh 137lbs am 5"10 i am not comfortable talking about this but i want to give my advice. I use XL and they work okay. But the back seems a little low. I googled why and supposedly it is for being discreet and average height is 5"9'? At my school i am below average height. Its uncomfortable where it feels like its falling down too low when i sit or curl up in bed and keep pulling them back up. Would like if they were a bit higher and some actual design. It makes me feel less important because the smaller ones have work and money put into the art. Teens like anime. that would be cool. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product does not absorb the urine fast enough nor have enough capacity for my 14 year old son. My son is 6' tall with a 29" waist & 125 lbs. My son said that he would prefer to have 3 or 4 different designs rather than just 1, and the design is too plain. He said he doesn't feel secure or confident wearing these, he is always worried they will leak. He said if the crotch was wider, the rise was a bit higher, and the padding a bit thicker, he would actually feel more confident. He also thought they were uncomfortable when wet. My son had an accident in his Huggies Goodnites while on a flight to Florida for spring break (turbulence). He said he felt a burning sensation on the tip of his penis and general discomfort when wetting his boys Goodnites XXL. When my son wore them to bed, they leaked everynight, he completely saturated the front, but the back remained dry. The urine pooled and did not get evenly distributed throughout the diaper or absorbed fast enough. Overall an ok product

I purchase these because I have an autistic teen. They fit great, the elastic does not cause marks on his body, it's very hard to find a comfortable pull up so he can feel like he's wearing underpants and not a diaper. Also they are quiet when he's moving around. We are very happy with the product and fit.

Our 11yr old son has night time accidents occasionally. These are awesome and we typically don't have to worry about anything. I gave a 4 star review because occasionally the amount of urine is too much for the underwear to handle and we have leakage on to his clothes and bedding.
