We have a 10-year-old that had cancer and ever since his treatment. He sometimes has accidents and these good nights keep him dry for the occasional accident and no leaks. They look very similar to underwear.

Absorbent, great quality. Prefer these over pull-ups. We have a special needs 5 year old and these are what we use for both day and night, we have tried pull ups and other overnight brands but Goodnites are the best! Very soft and stretchy, very absorbent and will hold lots of liquid without feeling wet (overnight, duh!). My child can put these on himself and because the seams are different than pull ups ( they have a removable/adjustable seam) these will stay together as he is putting them on and they won’t come undone which upsets my child/prolongs changes! These have helped a lot with transitioning to regular underpants. Two thumbs up we love them and always recommend them over pull ups! We started using these on our son who has special needs many, many yrs ago. He is wearing the XL now which we greatly appreciate the fact that this company even offers for boys because not all do. The size fits very well to the size of my measure. The value of of the product is affordable for my family economy and the truth covered all my expectations.

Both my boys have autism and are not responding to potty training. When my oldest started growing out of the XL I began to panic and struggled to find anything larger.
